"I Lied About Being Married" - Brandy Confess

Songstress Brandy Norwood, who is also
known as Moesha by fans of her very successful sitcom, Moesha, decided to come clean about her past to Oprah Winfrey.

In an interview with the veteran talk show host, Norwood admitted to Winfrey that she misled her fans back in 2002.

After performing on Oprah's stage Norwood shared her big news with the world, that she was married and six months pregnant, but in reality the singer was never legally married to
the man who got her pregnant.

Brandy went on to say that she felt pressured and feared that being pregnant out of wedlock would ruin the career which she had worked so hard to build.

Brandy confessed:

"It was a sin, I felt like I could not be honest about that."
